Coffee creamer in a Ice Pop or Popsicles or Ice Lollies! Isn't that a wonderful idea by me ? Well it is a damn good one friends. Call it by any name, it is the most delicious and the most luscious one. Nestle Coffee Creamer Popsicles are the creamiest of all. They are a perfect choice for any day. Be it for a Snack, a quick Brunch or as an afterschool goodie or a munchie, it's just right for anytime and any day. Kids will definitely love these for sure. And serving them at Iftaar will be really a good idea in Ramadan as well. Kids will relish these gorgeous looking White beauties as well as the adults. Try these for your families this festive Season.
And it's made with simple ingredients that are handy and easily available. It's not at all difficult. Done very easily, the only glitch being that it has to be kept undisturbed in the freezer overnight for the best results.
That's it. I have used disposable Tea cups for freezing them. You can use Popsicle moulds as well.

Steps

Bring Milk to a rolling boil with Powdered Sugar at first. Simmer for 5 minutes. Sugar is entirely your choice. As it is the Coffee Creamer is on the sweeter side. So use it as required only. Take it off the heat now and stir in Coffee Creamer.

Mix well and add Nuts of your choice.

Let it cool a bit and then fill up the popsicle moulds to freeze them. Freeze them for a good 4-5 hours or until set depending upon the weather.

Serve them chilled to your folks and also your esteemed guests at iftaar. They will just love to lick these creamy kulfis.
