Yummylicious treat for everyone. It's the magic of Maggi Noodles. which along with Lamb mince as a main attraction doubles up the whole excitement . It is simply irresistible. Can be had for breakfast or packed in for the tiffin/ snack box. It can be whipped up at any time of the day or as on a lazy Sunday morning extravaganza. These are the most awesome sandwiches that look not only gorgeous but tastes equally amazing. A parmesan feature at our family reunions. This rollicking idea of mine actually rocks. My family's favourite mid day meal bonanza most of the times as our lunch becomes exotic with Maggi.

Ingredients

25-30 minutes
4-5 servings
  • 2 packsMaggi
  • 350 gmLamb mince
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  • 1 tspCumin powder
  • 1/2 tspGaram Masala
  • 1/4 tspTurmeric powder
  • 3 tbspchopped Coriander Leaves
  • 2finely chopped Onions
  • 2 tbspOil
  • 2 tbspButter
  • 10-12Bread slices

    Prepare the maggi and keep aside. Meanwhile heat the oil in a pan. Saute the green onions for a minute.

    Meanwhile heat the oil in a pan. Saute the green onions for a minute. Cover and cook on low flame.

    Adjust Salt accordingly. Garnish with chopped Coriander. FOR ASSEMBLING- Lightly toast the Bread slices in Butter and spread a tablespoon of Maggi at first.

    After that, top it up with the sauteed and the stir fried Tawa Mutton mince. Similarly make all the Sandwiches in this way and if desired sprinkle some dried Parsley on top.

    Serve immediately. Enjoy!
