Thai Jasmine Sticky Rice

Well, I guess there isn’t any rocket science in preparing this one
It’s as usual we prepare our normal rice as per the method goes…
However, normally in our day to day’s life we tend to prepare it quite free flow & not a sticky one like this particular dish…
The very stickiness is in its very make- I believe…
Since, post its preparations- the way it’s been cooked, it organically tends to become sticky yet certain fluffy texture is also seen though…
Well, while this THAILAND 🇹🇭 WEEK is on- I too kinda mastered in cooking this typically acclaimed rice specie from the land and I must say-
The very experience is quite different, unusual & you surely get a kinda FEEL GOOD MOOD
