Ingredients

3 people
  • 1 cupmilk powder
  • 3/4 cupwater
  • 1/3 cupcondensed milk
  • 2 tspcornflour + 2 tsp water = cornflour slurry
  • 1/2 tspvanilla essence

Steps

  1. 1

    Chocolate sauce recipe:-
    Take a pan and add pieces of milk chocolate compound or any milk chocolate and melt it on low flame.

  2. 2

    When the chocolate melts, add milk according to the quantity of chocolate and stir it well on low flame to make to smooth consistency chocolate sauce

  3. 3

    Chocobar recipe:-
    Take a container, add milk powder, water, mix it well on high flame let it to boil

  4. 4

    When it boiled then add condensed milk and cornflour slurry on medium flame, stir it continuosly to get rid of slumps

  5. 5

    When it get thick turn off the flame then transfer it into a pouring jar add vanilla essence, mix it well

  6. 6

    Now, take the ice cream mould add mixture in it and cover with a silver foil then insert ice cream sticks let it freeze for overnight

  7. 7

    When ice cream freezes completely then we do it demould and dip all the icecreams into a chocolate sauce let it stay in chocolate sauce for 2 min

  8. 8

    Now your chocobar is ready to serve you can add cashew or saunf (for garnish) on it
