Steps

Take a 2 tblspn Ghee in pan n roast kaju n kishmish till brown and keep aside

Now add Rava in same Pan n roast for 5 min n keep aside

Now another pan boil water n than add roasted Rava till water absorbed

Now add sugar n mix well till sugar dissolved

Now add saffron n rest of ghee n stairs continually n combined well
- 6
Simmer for 2 minutes n add kaju n kishmish..mix well

Rava kesri is now ready to serve
