Boil lotus roots with little colour till tender.

Boil,peel and dice potato.

Blend together potato,chutney,yoghurt,color,water and all the spices into a smooth paste.

Heat oil in a pan.

Add in blended mixture.

Cook for 5-10 minutes.

Add in lotus roots and mix.

Cook for 5-7 minutes.

Lastly throw in coriander leaves,chaat masala and lemon.

Serve straight away.
