Bhindi masala - Spiced okra
A new #fakeaway favourite from the Indian cuisine 😋
Steps

In a pan sautee the chopped okra and add a squeeze of lemon to reduce the slimy texture in the okra.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan. Add the cumin seeds. Once fragrant add the onions, fry until translucent then add the crushed garlic.

Add the rest of the spices, okra, chili, and chopped tomato
- 4
Reduce the heat to low and cook for 10 minutes with covering the pan so they don’t get soggy. Serve with any bread and enjoy!
