Prepared the ingredients

Halve tomato, minced garlic set aside

Season chicken with salt heat frying pan on medium heat add little oil

Fry chicken until cook both sides once it cook remove from pan put in a plate and set aside

Using the same oil to cook chicken sautée garlic then add tomato stir fry for five minutes then add spinach cook until wilted

Add cream then Parmesan and basil leaves stir till cheese melt

Return chicken to the pan let it simmer then remove from heat and served hot with hot rice
