Ingredients

4 peoples
  1. 1 kgchicken thighs fillet
  2. 280 grbaby spinach
  3. 300 mlPura double thick cream
  4. 1 punnetssolanato tomatoes
  5. 12 clovesgarlic
  6. 1 tspsalt
  7. 80 grParmesan cheese
  8. 2 handfulBasil leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Prepared the ingredients

    Halve tomato, minced garlic set aside

  3. 3

    Season chicken with salt heat frying pan on medium heat add little oil

  4. 4

    Fry chicken until cook both sides once it cook remove from pan put in a plate and set aside

  5. 5

    Using the same oil to cook chicken sautée garlic then add tomato stir fry for five minutes then add spinach cook until wilted

  6. 6

    Add cream then Parmesan and basil leaves stir till cheese melt

  7. 7

    Return chicken to the pan let it simmer then remove from heat and served hot with hot rice
