Onion ko oil mein fry karen.

Golden ho jae to garlic paste, zeera, namak, mirch, haldi aur thora pani daal k pakayen.

Masale mein aloo daal k bhoon lain. Thora pani daal k galne rakh dain.

Jab aloo adhe gal jaen to gobhi daal k halki anch pe 10 mint tak pakayen.

Gobhi naram ho jae aur aloo gal jaen to aloo ko thora mash kar lain.

Ab is mein zeera aur kaali mirch crush kar k dalen aur sath hi hari mirch Aur adrak daal k dam pe rakh dain.

Hare dhaniye se garnish karen. Roti k sath serve karen.
