Ingredients

  • 110 grbutter
  • 100 gramgula pasir
  • 2butir telur
  • 135tepung terigu
  • 1/2sdm vanilla essense
  • 1/2sdt Baking powder
  • 1/4sdt garam
  • 1/2sdm kulit lemon parut
  • 60 mlair lemon
  • 💮 Lemon Glazing (aduk rata)
  • 60 grgula halus
  • 4sdt air lemon

Steps

  1. 1

    Mixer butter dan gula pasir hingga mengembang, putih dan creamy.

  2. 2

    Masukkan esens vanilla dan telur satu per satu. Biarkan hingga rata.

  3. 3

    Turunkan speed, masuk kan bahan kering (terigu, BP, garam) sedikit demi sedikit diikuti dgn air lemon. Aduk hingga rata.

  4. 4

    Tuang ke dalam Loyang, panggang 180°c 35 menit. Tes tusuk, jika telah matang. Angkat dan biarkan dingin.

  5. 5

    Setelah dingin siram dgn lemon glaze 😋
