Baked Chandrakala with Yellow Dip

Wash and boiled tur dal. Now take in a pan add salt chilli paste. Stir till it looks thick consistancy. Turn off flame.

Take a mixture in a plate. Allow it to cool. Heat oil in a pan Add curry powder kalongi chopped chilli garlic chutney saute properly. Turn off flame. Add in a tur dal. Lastly add dry mango powder garam masala chopped coriander grated paneer and chopped mint leaves

Boil 1cup water add beetroot pulp water. (Strain with the help of strainer and add in a water. Add salt and semolina mix well. Lastly add ghee and stir till it combine like a dough.
Turn off flame and transfer in a plate. Leave it for 10min. - 4
Now knead semolina dough and make a balls. Roll a mid. Size puri cut with ring to get all puri in same size.

Make a ball from dal and paneer mixture. Place it on a puri gently press and cover with another puri. And make design on edges. Arrange cloves on all Chandrakala pieces.
This way make all pieces.Apply water and bake.
Preheat oven 180*and bake for 20 min. - 6
Yellow Dip:-
Heat Oil add turmeic powder and add in a curd. Add dahi masala mix well. And add chopped bell peppers and boiled peanuts.Mix properly.yellow dip is ready. - 7
Take a serving plate. Serve Chandrakala with Yellow dip.
Tasty Nutritious Baked Chandrakala with yellow dip is ready to serve.
