For Tomato Sauce - blend together the onions, tomatoes, garlic, green chilies, coriander powder, roasted cumin powder, tomato purée, malt vinegar and brown sugar to a purée.

Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the tomato sauce purée. On low flame cook until it has a Salsa consistency.

Add the coriander leaves, salt and pepper. Set aside 1 Tbsp for garnish and set aside the rest

Add the cooked rice to the pan, boiled macaroni, boiled whole black Masoor Dal, boiled chickpeas with a dash of olive oil. Mix well

Garnish with rest of the reserved sauce, fried onions and mint leaves
