In a bowl add dates and add hot water and let it soak for 5 minutes.
In a food processor add the soaked dates, salt and peanut butter and blitz it to smooth paste.

Remove 40 percent of the paste in a bowl and set aside. To the 60 percent paste add ground oats and blitz it until it forms a dough.
Transfer on a greaseproof paper and spread. Cover with another greaseproof paper and roll it using rolling pin to about 3/4 inch thickness. - 3
Spread the 40 percent set aside on top with a spatula.
Spread the peanuts on top covering completely. Place it in freezer for half an hour. - 4
Remove and cut in long slices. Size of a snickers.
Melt chocolate and cover the bars with chocolate and let it set.
