Firstly, Sliced cucumber, tomato and onion

In a small bowl add olive oil, lemon juice, black pepper powder and Cummin powder whisk all together. Dressing for salad is ready.

I a big bowl add all sliced vegetables, boiled Chickpeas, roughly chopped mint leaves and chilli.
Pour the prepared dressing over it. Give them a good toss.
Healthy Salad is ready. - 4
Serve immediately as a snacks or side dish or as it is. Enjoy 😊.
