250 gramwhite rice (Washed)
as required Water
1 cuppowdered sugar
4-5cloves
as requiredYellow food colour
1 tbspoil

Take a pressure cooker heat oil in it.

Add cloves in oil.saute for 30 secs. Now add sugar and water as required

Add food colour and add rice.mix it well. Close the lid and let 3 whistles come

Now turn off the heat and open the cooker after 10 minutes

Sweet rice is ready serve hot with curd.
