Ingredients

half an hour
as required
  • 250 gramsboneless/mince chicken
  • 2chopped green chilli
  • 1chopped onion
  • 7-8garlic pods
  • 1 tspsoya sauce
  • 1 tspvinegar
  • as per tasteSome chilli flakes
  • 1 tspoil
  • as per tasteSalt

Steps

    In a grinding jar, add chicken pieces (cut into tiny pieces) into it. Now add rest of the ingredients mentioned above like, onion, garlic, soya sauce, chopped chillies, vinegar, salt and chilli flakes. Now grind them into a fine mixture.

    Now remove the mixture from the grinding jar and give cylindrical shape to it as shown below. Repeat the same with the rest of the mixture.

    Now cut the aluminium foil in the shape as shown below so that it can coat each sausage. Now place a single sausage in an aluminium foil and wrap it tightly like a chocolate wrapper, so that water doesn't enter the foil., refer below images.

    Repeat the same process with the rest of the sausages. Now heat some water in a pan. When the water starts boiling gently place the packed sausages one by one into the water. Donot over-crowd it. Cook them over a low flame for about 12 mins. Then remove them gently and remove the aluminium foil from them.

    Your sausages are now ready. When it cools down, wrap them separately with aluminium foil and you can keep them in a freezer and store them for a week. Whenever required remove them half an before cooking, cut them into 1 inch slices, now cook/fry them as required.
