Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 headSavoy Cabbage
  2. 7Button Mushroom
  3. 1 smallWhite Onion
  4. 1 smallSweet Red or Orange Pepper
  5. 6Thin Pork Sausage
  6. 3 tspCurry Powder
  7. 3 tbspHoi Sin Sauce
  8. 2 cloveGarlic
  9. 1 tspSoy Sauce
  10. 1 tbspOlive Oil

    Preperation
    Slice the button mushrooms up thinly
    Cut the onion in half then slice thinly
    Slice the pepper in half, scoop out the core and seeds and slice thinly
    Cube the sausages

    Lightly coat a frying pan with olive oil and bring to heat.
    Fry the sausages in the pan till coloured then add the onions and mushrooms, continue frying until onions and mushrooms have softened.

    Lower the heat to medium
    Add the garlic and curry powder and mix till everything is coated.

    Add soy sauce (you can add more if you prefer.)
    Then add the peppers to the pan and mix in till coated and lower the heat and allow the peppers to just slightly soften.

    Add the Hoi Sin sauce and mix till everything is coated and the sauce is forming.

    Now add the cabbage and stir in till coated then leave for 2 mins to heat through.

    Stir again and leave for 2 more mins. Stir once more and leave for 2 more mins then serve.

    Tips to alter the taste
    You can add parsley if you like to garnish, also the sausage can be switch out for 2 chicken breasts, or leave the meat out for a vegetable option.
