Steps

Cut the edges of sandwich bread and keep aside.

Hung curd overnight and keep ready

Finely chop cucumber tomato and keep aside

Take out 2-3 tbsp hung curd in a bowl and keep aside.

Now in a mixing bowl, add remaining hung curd, add chopped veggies, add rock salt and pepper powder as required and mix well.

Now evenly spread a thick layer of only hung curd on one side of bread.

Now spread evenly the required quantity layer of mixed curd on another bread slice and then place the other bread on top of it (keeping the curd side inside) and press gently.

Now cut the bread diagonally and sandwich is ready to serve.
