  • Rice paper rolls
  • Prawns, peeled and split to two
  • Mint and lettuce leaves, washed
  • Gado2 sauce, made to paste

    Prepare all the ingredients like below

    Dip the rice paper until all part is wet. Then place on the plate.

    Lay the ingredient like this so you can see the greens on one side and prawns on the other side. Wrap tightly and gently.
