Egg Fritters/Egg Pakora

It is easy to prepare and a perfect snack for every children.

Grate all the boiled eggs with a grater.

Add chopped onion, green chilli, ginger garlic paste, cumin powder, chaat masala, ajwain, chopped coriander leaves, besan, rice flour, amchoor powder and salt. Mix well. Add 1-2 TSP water if needed. Mix well.

Apply some oil on your palms. Take a small portion of mixture. Roll it into your palms. Shape it like an egg. Make all the pakoras.

In a pan heat oil. Fry all the pakoras in hot oil on medium heat till golden in colour. Serve it with tomato sauce.
