Ingredients

Serves 6 servings
  1. Puff pastry dough
  2. 1 cupfinely chopped pistachios (about 120 grams)
  3. 2 tablespoonssugar
  4. For topping the baklava:
  5. 1/2 cupsweetened condensed milk (about 120 ml)
  6. 1 container(7 oz/200 grams) whipping cream
  7. 1 tablespoonorange blossom water
  8. 2 tablespoonshoney
  9. Finely ground pistachios for garnish

  1. 1

    Roll out the puff pastry in a baking tray and divide it into two equal parts.

    Add a layer of chopped pistachios and sugar.

    Place the second layer of pastry over the pistachio layer.

  4. 4

    Cut into pieces and bake in the oven until golden brown.

  5. 5

    Whip the cream, sweetened condensed milk, honey, and orange blossom water together.

  6. 6

    Pour the white mixture over the baklava as soon as it comes out of the oven, let it cool for a minute, garnish, and serve.
