Place the second layer of pastry over the pistachio layer.

Cut into pieces and bake in the oven until golden brown.

Whip the cream, sweetened condensed milk, honey, and orange blossom water together.

Pour the white mixture over the baklava as soon as it comes out of the oven, let it cool for a minute, garnish, and serve.
