Rub the outside of the pork with pepper salt and pan-fry on low heat without oil. Once the pork releases its oil, use it to fry the shiitake mushrooms, carrots, and fried eggs on the side of the pan.

Continue to cook the pork on low heat until almost done, then turn to medium heat to sear the outside until slightly crispy (it's tastier this way 😋).

Once everything in the pan is cooked, remove them. Add a bowl of water, 1 tablespoon of store-bought mushroom steak sauce, and 1 tablespoon of ketchup to the pan. Once the water boils, add the oil noodles. Let the sauce reduce slightly.
