Easy Japanese-Style Mentaiko Pasta - Try It For Lunch!

I got some mentaiko on sale, so I made this.
Adjust the amount of soy sauce to your taste.
I recommend using fresh lemon juice since it's more fragrant, but if you don't have it, bottled lemon juice is fine. Recipe by EnjoyKitchen

Cook the pasta following the package instructions, or cook them al dente.

While the pasta is cooking, mix the ingredients marked ● in a bowl. Take the membrane off the mentaiko first.

Drain the cooked pasta and quickly mix in the sauce from Step 2. Transfer to serving plates, sprinkle with nori seaweed and shiso leaves, and it's done!
