Boil water add salt and the rice. Boil for some time until its well cooked.

In a separate pan heat the oil, add some onions, and all the other vegetables in order of the time they take to cook.

Stir fry for some time.

Add the cooked vegetables to the ready rice and stir until well mixed.
- 5
Serve with a protein and vegetable of choice. Enjoy.
