Salmon Chanchan-yaki

My friend from Hokkaido told me some great tips on how to prepare this, so I made my own version wrapped in foil.

You can use shiitake mushrooms, king oyster mushrooms, onions, etc if you like. If your salmon is large, the amount of miso may not be enough. In that case, add 1/2 tablespoon of each of the miso seasoning. Recipe by Yuuyuu0221
