Broccoli & Cheese Rice Cups
Quick and easy meal I made for dinner, yum! :hungry
Steps

Preheat oven to 350 °.

Spray a muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.

Mix all ingredients reserving 1/4 cup of cheddar cheese.

Fill muffin tin with rice mixture and sprinkle the tops with remaining cheese.

Bake for 20 minutes. Cool & enjoy.

Can be served alone or as a side to any meal.
