Heat oil add finely sliced onion sauté them lil now add ginger garlic paste
Cook on medium flameThan add kala chana and all spices bhonafy them by using water now add 1/2 cup water cover with lid and cook till water get dry now on full flame cook channel till oil get separated and masala mix well

When oil get separated add ginger garlic mix water I use lots garlic let them cook on medium flame till you get your required gravy. Chanay k salan Meien gravy thick na ho tu aacha hai
