  • Coriander 2table spoon copped
  • 2Green chili
  • 1/3 teaspoonAjwain
  • 1/3 teaspoonKalwanji

    Fish ko salt laga kar half fry kar lain

  2. 2

    Oil ko bartun my daal kar medium heat py garum karain or is my onions daal Kar light brown Kar lain per is my garlic Ginger paste dalin.

    Is ky baad is my haldi, red chilli powder black pepperor salt daal Kar low heat per rakain.

    Is ky baad is my tomatoe Puri,ajwain kalwanji, daal Kar achi tarhan bhoon lain.

    Half cup Pani add karain or fish ko is ky andar rakh kar 10min dum laga dain.fish teyar Hy.

  6. 6

    Oper sy garum masala add karain coriander or green chili sy garnish karain.
