Cooking Instructions

Lighly brown onions (no dark brown plz). Add chicken n ginger garlic paste n bhoonofy properly till the raw smell of g/g completely gone n chicken changes its color.

Now add all spices n tomatoes n bhonofy again till oil separates. By this time ur tomatoes must be cooked n turned into paste n well mixed in the gravy.

Now add yogurt n mix again. Now add water as per ur liking (consistency of salan).

When water start boiling turns the flame to simmer n add green chillies n let the chicken cook completely.

Here is the yummiest chicken salan ready. Sprinkle hara dhania on top while serving n enjoy with rotis aur rice...😍🍴
