Ingredients

  1. 1 lbcubed boneless skinless chicken
  2. 1 lbthick cut bacon diced up
  3. 1/4of medium yellow onion
  4. 3jalapenos (seeded and diced)
  5. 16 ozjar of alfredo sauce
  6. 16 ozbox garden rotini
  7. 1 Teaspoondried (fresh) parsley
  8. 1 tablespoonvegetable oil
  9. 3 cupswater
  10. 1/2 cupto 1 cup Parmesan cheese (grated/shredded) *optional*

Cooking Instructions

30 - 40 min

    First chop up onion, (parsley if using fresh), bacon, jalapenos and get them in the insta pot on saute with vegetable oil

  2. 2

    While still keeping watch and stirring occasionally you can chop up chicken breasts and get sauce, water, and rotini ready.

    Once bacon is cooked and vegetables are softened (5-7 min) you throw in the chicken and parsley at this time salute it for a bit as well till whitish brown (5 min)

    Add in sauce use a bit of water to get remaining sauce from jar then add rest of water and box of noodles give good stir make sure noodles pretty well cover or submerged

    Put lid on and seal/lock it pressure cook high 7 minutes and due natural release of 7-10 minutes then quick release the longer it's sets the thicker it gets

    Stir in parmasan.

    Serve with parmesan on top and/or parsley. Enjoy!!!
