Ingredients

fifty minutes

  • Milk custard.
  • 2 liters of milk
  • 3 tbsp custard powder.
  • 5 tbsp sugar
  • as required some dry fruits coarse powder
  • puri
  • 3 cupsaata
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp suji
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • as required oil for frying

Steps

fifty minutes
  1. 1

    In thick pan with 1/2 spoon ghee mixed the milk and boiled till it becomes thick as it started boiling mixed the custard custard powder

    Puri. Knead the dough medium with warm milk pinch of salt and mourn then made small balls and rolled the puri in rolling pin and fried in hot oil I'm medium flame

    And served with subji and namkin

    And boiled adding sugar and dry fruits till it reduced to half quantity
