Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 1 packagefideo noodles (about 3.5 oz or 100 g)
  2. 1/2 cupchopped carrot
  3. 1zucchini
  4. 1/2 cupchayote squash
  5. 1/4onion
  6. 1 clovegarlic
  7. as neededNonstick cooking spray,
  8. Cilantro, to taste
  9. 1boneless, skinless chicken breast

Steps

35 minutes
  1. 1

    Cook the chicken breast in a pot with the cilantro, garlic clove, and 1/4 onion.

  2. 2

    Once the chicken is cooked, wash and dice the vegetables: carrot, zucchini, and chayote. Add them to the pot and cook for 10 to 15 minutes.

  3. 3

    Remove the chicken breast and add the fideo noodles. Cook for up to 10 minutes, then turn off the heat.

  4. 4

    Serve the noodle soup with the vegetables.
