Peel mangoes discard the seed

In a blender add mangoes milk & sugar & make a puree

Then in a bowl add mango puree

Add cream & mix well

Add mango essence it's optional

In 4 tbsp hot water dissolve the gelatine

Add in mixture

Mix well & set in a bowl or mould

Refrigerate for 6 hrs

Then for garnish cook mango puree & sugar if it's thick add water

While making mango puree add some water

Then drizzle over pudding

Decorate with fresh cream
