Oil main piyaz ko brown karein phir is main tamater,adkrak lehsan ka paste or Biryani masala, crush lal mirch add kar k bhonai karen,

Jab tak masala ready ho,rice ko salt dal kar boil kar k rakh lein

Jab masala achi tarah bhun jaye or oil oper a jaye tu is main,boil chanay add karen or 2 minute k lite dhak dein, phir is k oper hara masala (dhaniya,podeena,hari mirch) dal ka halka sa mix karen,or 2 tamatar gol kat kar bicha dein

Ab oper tamam boil rice dal dein or rice k oper ghee,color or kewra water dal kar 10,15 minutes dam par rakh dein

Mazaydaar chanay ki biryani tayar hai raita k sath serve karen
