Cut the plantation into circles

Then add salt to the cut plantain

Fry them in vegetable oil until they are crispy brown For about 5-10 minutes

Then you cut your tomatoes,onions and tatashi

Then you fry it in little vegetable oil and also salt,curry,thyme and little maggi

Then crack 4 eggs into a bowl and whisk with small salt or maggi

Then mix the paste with the egg

Next you arrange the plantain in the pan and pour the egg then you cover the pan. Wait for few minutes

Then serve
