Cooking Instructions
- 1
Assemble your ingedients and pat out three burger patties from the bulk sausage. Season with some cracked pepper.
- 2
Place the Sausage Patties in a Heavy Skillet on Med High. Press to sear. Cook about 6 minutes a side. Add the cheese to melt. Remove the patties to a plate.
- 3
In the same pan that you cooked the sausage patties in, add about a tablespoon of vegetable oil and the onions. Sautee the onions on medium low setting, until they get soft and golden caramelized, about 10 minutes. Toast your buns. And fry the eggs.
- 4
Put the egg on the The Farmboy and pile with caramelized onions. Serve as is, or with a bit of mustard, if you like.

Have you ever have a rice burger from MOS Burger? MOS Burger is a well-known fast-food chain that originated in Japan and the second largest after MacDonald in the country. MOS Burger created rice burger by replacing the traditional hamburger buns with compressed rice cakes. Rice burger quickly became popular in East Asia and recently in America. My beef rice burger recipe has been inspired by MOS yakiniku rice burger, which is a grilled beef strip rice burger. For people who have gluten allergy like me but still wish to enjoy the taste of hamburgers, this is one of the best alternatives. And it is yummy! Just make sure to replace regular soy sauce with gluten-free soy sauce. See my instruction video: https://youtu.be/TWoEcVMaN6k Julie - Mrs. Lin's Kitchen -
