In wok, heat sesame oil then add pork to brown.

Season to your taste.

I love to add flavor to surprise others.

Once brown, add water and reduce

Separate tops of bok choy and leeks, use only the tops of each. Chop into strips wash and drain.

Next bring to boil then add bok choy and leeks.

Cover and simmer for 10 minutes, served with rice noodles, or my life hack. Rice crispy season the way I love.

I prefer to cook this recipe with a slow cooker but it's fine if you want to use pressure cooker or normal pot. With normal pot, you have to stir it occasionally so things doesn't stick to the bottom of the pot. With pressure cooker, I only guess the amount of time as mine pressure cooker timer is weird.
