Ingredients

  1. 1.5 lbspork
  2. 2 cupsor 16 oz
  3. Boc choy tops only
  4. 1full leek
  5. 1/4 cupSterfry sauce
  6. 2Tbl. Sesame oil
  7. Rice noodles as you like

Cooking Instructions

    In wok, heat sesame oil then add pork to brown.

    Season to your taste.

    I love to add flavor to surprise others.

    Once brown, add water and reduce

  5. 5

    Separate tops of bok choy and leeks, use only the tops of each. Chop into strips wash and drain.

    Next bring to boil then add bok choy and leeks.

  7. 7

    Cover and simmer for 10 minutes, served with rice noodles, or my life hack. Rice crispy season the way I love.

Always love to try and test recipes from around the world. Most of people's in the world have never turned on a stove. Afraid they will burn water. Others think it is too much money for any thing they would cook. My gool is to help all that wants to cook, just to afraid.
