Vegan Chilli Toppings 🌶🌱

One batch cooked recipe (see my base vegan chilli recipe) can create all sorts of tasty dishes! These are some sprinkles that I regular add🌶 I usually try to pick something spicy, something sour and something cooling. My guacamole, hot sauce, salsa and quick pickled red onion recipes are on Cookpad if you need them!
Take the quantities I’ve included with a pinch of salt 🧂 Add as much as you have or as much as you want, in any order, to your taste 😋💚
These are nice served with base chilli, rice or baked potato and salad. #comfortfood #vegancomfortfood #dinnertonight

  • 1 portionbase chilli
  • I tablespoon Oatly Sour cream
  • 1Chopped red onion
  • 2 tablespoonsGuacamole
  • 1 tablespoonSalsa
  • 1 tablespoonCoriander
  • 1Fresh lime
  • 1 tablespoontablespoon Mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoonParsley
  • 1 tablespoonVegan cheese
  • 5Tortilla chips
  • 1shake hot Chilli sauce
  • 1 tablespoonChopped mixed peppers
  • 3 leavesLettuce
  • 1 tablespoonJalapeños - fresh or jarred
  • 1Red chilli 🌶
  • 1 tablespooncorn - chargrilled
  • 1 tablespoonpickled red onion

Steps

  1. 1

    Put your base chilli on to heat.

  2. 2

    Wash and finely chop your veggies and salad. Chop the herbs.

  3. 3

    Top chilli with your toppings 😋 Serve with rice or baked potato
