Pork Chop Stew
This is before I started the crock pot to cook it
Cooking Instructions

Fry the pork chops in butter until brown
- 2
Place in large crock pot on the botton and add tomatoes (squish them)

Next add green peppers slice in half or quarters (which ever you perfer)

Then onions cut in half pieces

Add a can of water
- 6
Cook 3-4 hours unti meat falls off the bone. Then take bones out (if your like me and don't want them in there.) Serve.

This is like a lamb stew, made more econimcally with inexpensive cubed pork shoulder (a better substitute than beef, in my opinion). If you can't find cubed pork shoulder, you can cut up pork tenderloin or pork butt. Of course, you can use lamb or beef if you've got it, or if you don't eat pork. harlequinn823 -
