Ingredients

4-6 hours
  1. 2 canscorn (not drained)
  2. 2 cansblack beans (drained and rinsed)
  3. 2 cansrotel tomatoes
  4. 2powdered ranch packets
  5. 5 lbschicken breast or thighs
  6. 2bricks cream cheese
  7. Garlic powder
  8. 1medium onion diced

Cooking Instructions

4-6 hours
  1. 1

    Add all the ingredients into the crockpot and stir.

  2. 2

    Turn crockpot on to low and cook for 6 hours or until chicken is fully cooked.

  3. 3

    Once all the chicken is cooked remove chicken from pot and shred.

  4. 4

    Return chicken to the pot and mix well.

  5. 5

    Serve with favorite toppings- sour cream, guacamole, pico, tortilla chips, shredded cheese
