Dates Sesame ladoos are easy to prepare and delicious in taste . As it's full of protein, calcium and minerals , goes well in fasting also.
Steps

In a pan heat ghee. On low heat roast buckwheat powder till you get nutty aroma.

Mix dates paste with buckwheat. Mix well on low flame.

Then add roasted sesame seeds, cinnamon powder and cardamom powder. Mix well and when it come together and leave pan, bring down.

Allow to cool down a bit. Grease a little ghee on your palm and make sesame seeds ladoos. Enjoy in the festive time, all time.
