This dish of cooked prawns is with a piquant sauce of its own kind with a blend of flavours that makes it drooling. This recipe of mine is my kitchen experiment as my family is very fond of seafood delicacies.

This dish of cooked prawns is with a piquant sauce of its own kind with a blend of flavours that makes it drooling. This recipe of mine is my kitchen experiment as my family is very fond of seafood delicacies.

Take the deveined prawns, 1 sliced lemon, 1 inch ginger piece, 1 sprig coriander leaves, salt, 1 sliced onion, peppercorns and boil with water. Strain and keep the stock aside. Check whether the prawns are soft at this stage completely.

In a bowl add 1/4 cup mayonnaise, soya sauce, oyster sauce, tomato ketchup and make a smooth paste

Now in a nonstick pan add 3 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp minced garlic cloves and 1 chopped onion and black pepper powder and saute.

Add the boiled prawns and fry in the butter garlic sauce.

Once the prawns are coated in butter, add the sauce prepared in step 2 and mix uniformly. Just add 1/4 cup water and keep stirring to have a consistent gravy. Add salt to taste and MSG and mix well. Finally sprinkle some chopped parsley leaves and serve with noodles(recipe in link)
