Ingredients

  1. 3chicken (11/2 lbs. each)
  2. 1/2=cup fat
  3. 1/2 bottleWorcestershire sauce
  4. 1/4 cupA-1 sauce
  5. 1/4 cupdiluted vinegar
  6. 11/2small bottles tomato ketchup
  7. 1onion,minced
  8. Pepper
  9. Salt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Clean chicken,split in halves,brown in fat,turn chicken. Use no flour. Place chicken in roasting pan. Blend remaining ingredients,pour over chicken. Bake in 350 degree f. Oven about 1 hour or until chicken is tender.
