Crockpot Shredded Italian Chuck Roast

Ingredients

  1. 1(2-3 pound) Chuck roast
  2. 1 can (14.5 ounce)low sodium beef broth
  3. 1 can (15 ounce)diced tomatoes
  4. 1 can (6 ounce)tomato paste
  5. 1 envelopeGood Seasons Zesty Italian dressing
  6. 2onions, chopped
  7. 1orange pepper, chopped
  8. 1/8 teaspoonblack pepper
  9. 10 clovesgarlic, minced
  10. 2 cupssmall red baby potatoes
  11. 1 cupbaby carrots
  12. Cooked egg noodles OR prepared mashed potatoes OR crusty bread 🥖

Cooking Instructions

    Rinse and pat dry your Chuck Roast, trim off any visible fat and set roast to the side ……….

    Add into crockpot your low sodium beef broth, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, dry envelope of Good Seasons Italian dressing, chopped onion, chopped orange pepper, black pepper and minced garlic, mix all well ……….

    Add into crockpot your Chuck roast, turning to coat evenly on all sides……

    Add into crockpot your small red baby potatoes and baby carrots ……..

  5. 5

    Cover crockpot and cook on low heat for 8 hours, or until roast shreds easily with a fork ……

    Shred roast with two forks, remove any visible fat, then serve over cooked buttered egg noodles OR mashed potatoes OR crusty bread 🥖 and enjoy 😉!!!!!!
