Take a bowl pop all ingredients together with appropriate measurements whisk the curd and mix the batter if required add little water the batter should be like vada batter consistency.cover it and set aside for 30 minutes.simply warm up the oil in a Kadhai and add a small piece of batter to check if it pops up easily it’s done or let it rest for some more time.finally pop all Bhondas and fry until golden.

Pop it in a serving pot with a paper towel garnish with coriander leaves and serve it hot with any chutney of your choice.yummy Mysore Bhondas are ready..!
