My Roast Beetroot, Garlic and Fresh Tarragon 😋

The Smell of these while in the oven was so yummy. I cut it up with the crushed Garlic and added it to a bowl covered it put in the fridge and add it as a sidedish to most foods it was that nice I'm getting fresh Beetroot from now on.

Steps

Cut off the roots both ends or leave a 3 inch length on them I peeled a couple to see how they would Roast that way.

Next add Garlic cloves

Then add olive oil poured over and fresh chopped Tarragon over them.

In a preheated oven 180°C for 30 - 40 minutes.

When cooled peel and slice up the Beetroot then take out the garlic cloves and mash them and add them to the bowl with the Beetroot cover and add to fridge until needed.

The flavour of the tarragon flavour is on the Beetroot smells so nice.
