Ingredients

  • I pack couscous
  • 1 cupwater
  • 1 tinsardine
  • 6maggi cubes
  • 1big onion
  • 1 bunchugu leaves
  • 2carrots
  • Spices (fried rice spice, ginger and garlic)
  • 1yellow ball pepper
  • 1/3 cupoil

Steps

  1. 1

    In a non-stick pot, pour the couscous and add water, oil while turning it till you have even consistency

  2. 2

    Cover the mixture and put on low heat for 5 minutes. Open and turn it. Add the vegetables and then mix well. Cover for 5 minutes

  3. 3

    Add the salt, spices, seasoning. Mix and cover again for 10 more minutes on really low heat. Serve with fresh 🫑🌶️
