Preheat the oven to 180'C.

Peel the butternut and cut into big cubes.

Place in a microwavable bowl and microwave for 10 minutes.

Place in roasting pan and season with salt and curry powder. Add the chutney and mix.

Roast in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until soft.
