Ras el Hanout Chicken Wings in Air Fryer

I love chicken wings, and the more toasted, the better. Today I tried making them with these spices, and I really liked the flavor and the crispy coating they had. I prepared them after lunch and marinated them for 5 hours. They are exquisite, and I recommend them to you.

I love chicken wings, and the more toasted, the better. Today I tried making them with these spices, and I really liked the flavor and the crispy coating they had. I prepared them after lunch and marinated them for 5 hours. They are exquisite, and I recommend them to you.
Steps
- 1
Clean the wings by removing any feathers, and cut them in two. I leave the tip because I love nibbling on them.
- 2
Place them in a large container, add salt to taste, the spices, and the oil. Mix with your hands to coat them all over. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until it's time to cook.
- 3
Beat the egg and make a mixture with the flour and cornstarch.
- 4
Mix with the chicken and place in the air fryer trays.
- 5
Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 30 minutes. After 20 minutes, switch the position of the trays, or if the fryer is a basket type, shake to ensure they toast evenly.
- 6
When plating, sprinkle with parsley.
